Elaine Sternberg - University of Leeds
Elaine Sternberg is a Visiting Research Fellow of the University of Leeds' School of Philosophy, and an Honorary Fellow of its Inter-Disciplinary Ethics Applied Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. She is also a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Buckingham's Beloff Centre for the Study of Liberty, a Visiting Scholar in Philosophy at the University of Miami, and a Senior Fellow of the (US) National Center for Business Ethics.
Formerly an investment banker in New York, London and Paris, she is Principal of
Analytical Solutions, a consultancy firm specializing in business ethics and corporate governance, and is on the academic advisory councils of the
Institute of Economic Affairs and of
Public Concern at Work (the UK "whistleblowers' charity"). She has been a Visiting Scholar at the Social Philosophy and Policy Center of Bowling Green University, a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Ethics and Public Affairs of Tulane University's Murphy Institute, and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Florida.
She earned her Ph.D. in philosophy at the London School of Economics, where she was a Fulbright Fellow and a Lecturer.
