Eric Kaufmann – Birkbeck University of London
Eric Kaufmann is Reader in Politics at Birkbeck College, University of London. He was a Fellow in the Religion in International Affairs Program, Belfer Center, Kennedy School, Harvard, 2008-9.
He is the author of
Shall the Religious Inherit the Earth (London, Profile Books, March 25, 2010) as well as
The Rise and Fall of Anglo-America (Harvard, 2004),
The Orange Order: A Contemporary Northern Irish History (Oxford 2007; paperback 2009), co-author of
Unionism and Orangeism in Northern Ireland Since 1945 (Manchester 2007) and editor of
Rethinking Ethnicity: Majority Groups and Dominant Minorities (Routledge, 2004). He is also an editor of the journal N
ations & Nationalism. He has written on religion and demography for
Newsweek International,
Foreign Policy and
Prospect magazines.
