Daniel H. Weiss is the Polonsky-Coexist Lecturer in Jewish Studies in the Faculty of Divinity at the University of Cambridge. His research examines the intersection between philosophical thought and classical Jewish texts, and his book, Paradox and the Prophets: Hermann Cohen and the Indirect Communication of Religion, was recently published by Oxford University Press. In addition, he is actively involved various forms of inter-faith dialogue and research via the Cambridge Interfaith Programme and the practice of Scriptural Reasoning.
