Hannah is a Senior Lecturer at the Harvard Kennedy School, the incoming Co-Director of the Women and Public Policy Program, and current Chair of the Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences Area. She is a leading expert on how gender influences pay negotiations, including studying the interrelationship between men's and women's career negotiations and household bargaining. Her research appears in academic publications, such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Organization Science. She has a DBA from the Harvard Business School, an MPP from the Kennedy School, and a BA from Smith College.
