E. Philip Davis is Visiting Fellow at the UK National Institute of Economic and Social Research, Professor of Banking and Finance at Brunel University, London, Consultant and Advisor to the Monetary and Capital Markets Department of the IMF and Elder of Pembury Baptist Church, Kent. His principal research topics are pension systems, financial instability and financial regulation as well as Christian economics. His books include Pension Funds, Retirement Income Security and Capital Markets (Oxford University Press), The Crisis and the Kingdom (Wipf and Stock) and Debt, Financial Fragility, and Systemic Risk (Oxford University Press).
