Jeffrey Satinover

Dr. Satinover has practiced psychiatry continually since 1986, and psychoanalysis since 1976, to the present. He is a former faculty member of the Department of Psychiatry at Yale, a William James Lecturer in Psychology and Religion at Harvard University, a Lecturer in the Department of Politics at Princeton University (resuming Fall 2005) and is presently completing a doctorate in theoretical physics at the Laboratoire de Physique de la Matiére Condensée at the Université de Nice. Dr. Satinover is the author of five books that hace been translated into nine languages worldwide. Most recently, The Quantum Brain explores current developments at the interface of physics, computation, artificial intelligence and neurosicence. Homosexuality and the Politics of Truth is an analysis of the current debate over homosexuality viewed from psychological, religious and scientific perspectives. He is a member of the Orthodox Beth Israel Synagoge of Westport/Norwalk, Connecticut.
