Marc Grau-Grau is Assistant Professsor of Social and Family Policies and Coordinator of the Joaquim Molins Figueras Childcare and Family Policies Chair at the International University of Catalonia (Universitat Internacional de Catalunya -UIC), as well as former Research Fellow at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Child Well-Being Research Network at the University of Chicago.

He has a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh, and a Master in Political and Social Sciences from University Pompeu Fabra and a degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School. His research interests focus on child well-being, work-family balance, gender equality, and fatherhood involvement. His research appears in journals such as Organization, International Sociology, Journal of Business Research and Families, Relationships and Societies. He is a coeditor of the books: The New Ideal Worker (Springer, 2020), and Engaged Fatherhood for Men, Families and Gender Equality, (Springer, 2022), the result of STI’s 2018 Experts Meeting Elevating Fatherhood: Policies, Organizations and Health and Wellbeing, for which he served as co-Academic Leader.
